We can structure our contracts to suit your needs from a fixed price contract, to cost plus margin, or a combination of the two.

Yes, at the beginning of the project we will go through the scope of work and decide on the finishes you want. Then throughout the project we hold regular site meetings with you, so you can see the progress, make any changes you would like, and enjoy your house coming to life.
